About MLR Consulting
MLR Consulting was conceived by Danielle Sullivan originally to service the Brisbane area, however with business demand seeing the area expand to where the MR Industry is thriving – South East Queensland and Melbourne areas.
Danielle has had various business interests in the Motel and MR Industry space since 2005. With a very ‘hands on’ approach to her own businesses, Danielle is equipped with a unique skill set to present to the consulting arena.
During that time, Danielle invested energy back into the MR industry by supporting On-site Managers via consulting services to demonstrate Best Practice procedures in their daily tasks for their rent roll and management agreements.
Danielle understands the balance required to service the Caretaking Agreement (Facilities Management) requirements to satisfy the Body Corporate and Committee while running a very busy Property Management (rent roll/short and long term accommodation) business.
